An explanation of our room rates.

~~ Some of the lowest rates in the Valley ~~

Here at Applecover Inn, we try to keep our rates extra low. We maintain a very clean establishment with all of the amenities that you need for your stay.

Many people ask us why our rates fluctuate. Maggie Valley is a seasonal vacation destination. Of course, the busiest time of year is October (leaf color), followed by June, July, and August. For this reason, the rates are a little higher at those times. Also, weekends are always busier than weekdays. So, if you are looking for a more economical time to come, try weekdays in May, early June, or September. However, we still have some of the lowest rates, even in the busiest of times!

Depending on the time of year, and weekday or weekend:

Motel Rates:

Our single rooms with 1 queen or 1 king bed are anywhere from $30 to $65.

Our doubles, some with full beds, some with queen beds, are anywhere from $40 to $90.

Please call us for the lowest rate possible with dates that you would like to come, or click on the month (at top of page) that you are looking to come.

2012   R.V.   Rates
Includes full hook-up!!
R.V. Daily: $22
R.V. Weekly: $125
R.V. Monthly: $375
R.V. Seasonal: $1800  (averages to $292/month!)
(Based on 2 person lease)
Guests: $2 each per day.

Please note:  Seasonal rates are due and payable in full at the beginning of the season -- May 1.

We are renting this space to you, not to you AND your family.  The way we keep these rates so low, is to run the motel successfully, and keep the RV Park tenants to only 2 persons.  Our park is too small to allow large families to come and go.  Other larger parks can afford the space to do this.  We are also not allowing dogs (except service dogs) in the park seasonally.  We have just had way too many complaints.
