An explanation of our room rates.

~~ Some of the lowest rates in the Valley ~~

Here at Applecover Inn, we try to keep our rates extra low. We maintain a very clean establishment with all of the amenities that you need for your stay.

Many people ask us why our rates fluctuate. Maggie Valley is a seasonal vacation destination. Of course, the busiest time of year is October (leaf color), followed by June, July, and August. For this reason, the rates are a little higher at those times. Also, weekends are always busier than weekdays. So, if you are looking for a more economical time to come, try weekdays in May, early June, or September. However, we still have some of the lowest rates, even in the busiest of times!

Depending on the time of year, and weekday or weekend:

Motel Rates:

Our single rooms with 1 queen or 1 king bed are anywhere from $30 to $65.

Our doubles, some with full beds, some with queen beds, are anywhere from $40 to $90.
