Greetings and welcome to the mountains!
We are Amy and Derrick Cole. This is our 12th season at Applecover Inn, and we sure hope that you enjoy your stay! WOW! It is amazing that we have been doing this for almost 12 years. Maureen (now 9 years) and Connor (now 7 years) will also help to make your stay enjoyable! Last year, we hired Mickey to help us out. She works the office most days, and is sure to make your stay even MORE enjoyable, as she has been in the business in this area for over 15 years. Mel is still with us after 10 years, and between the two of them, they keep the place spic and span! This is a motel with a "difference." The difference is that we are personally involved in every aspect of this business: the cleaning, refurbishing, maintenance, front desk work, and correspondence with you, the guest. YOU are our business. If we don't make you happy, someone else will! For that reason, our main objective is to provide nice, extra-clean rooms for very reasonable rates. We enjoy meeting people and hope to make your stay a special one!
Our goal is to keep our motel renovated to travelers' standards, yet still maintain low rates. You will find that our pillows are fluffy, our beds comfortable, and our towels plush! It is what we would expect, so it is what we provide. You will find our rooms clean and comfortable, and equipped with all that you will need for a nice stay away from home.
